The planet is warming faster than at any other time in the last 10,000 years and the world faces an increasing risk from super-disasters caused by global warming, such as droughts, floods, cyclones and infectious diseases. WWF-UK's priority is to ensure that the UK - our government and businesses especially - continues to take an international leadership role on climate change. But we can all help. Here are a just a few suggestions that would make a difference. Cut down on fuel consumption There is a direct link between CO2 emissions and fuel consumption.
Save energy In the UK, households are responsible for 30 per cent of energy use.
Use energy efficiently The average UK household could save £250 per annum by taking energy efficiency measures.

Unless we change our behaviour, there could be more floods at home and abroad, and species that can't adapt will die out.
