The Balance of Power – Reducing CO2 emissions from the UK power sector
A summary of WWF-UK's response to the 2006 Energy Review. In order to inform our submission to the government's Energy Review, WWF-UK commissioned ILEX Energy Consulting to look at three scenarios for carbon dioxide emissions and fuel mix for the UK power sector for 2010, 2016, 2020 and 2025. The report concludes that by 2025 carbon dioxide emissions could be cut by 43-55% from 1990 levels without the need for new nuclear capacity. In contrast, under "business as usual", emissions would fall by just 18%.

Cross sector: Brand Management and Marketing
Let them eat cake – Satisfying the new consumer appetite for responsible brands
Instead of preaching about the moral responsibility of business to further the goals of sustainability, this report exposes the considerable commercial potential of a new approach to business, based on the provision of more "responsible" mainstream brands. This potential comes from an increasing demand among mainstream consumers for their regular brands to come with environmental and social responsibility "built in".
