TV weather presenter Siân Lloyd and school children from Cardiff joined WWF to launch our new campaign 'Stop Climate Chaos!' on April 14.
The campaign has been launched to raise awareness of the urgent need to reduce our carbon dioxide emissions - the main cause of climate change.
"I'm delighted to join WWF Cymru to launch this important campaign," said Ms Lloyd.
"Climate change if left unaddressed will not only have global consequences but it will also have a significant impact on Wales. It's likely that we will experience greater rainfall along with more frequent and severe weather events such as droughts, flooding and heatwaves."
Cardiff, like the rest of Wales and the UK will be affected by a range of impacts associated with temperature and rainfall increase if carbon dioxide emissions continue to rise. These could include:
