Team Secretary

We need a team secretary with exceptional flair for administration to support the smooth professional running of the Directorate office working for a senior team of four.
Our logo may be the panda, but we are about more than just protecting endangered species. We are at the forefront of the fight against climate change and other environmental challenges.

We need a team secretary with exceptional flair for administration to support the smooth professional running of the Directorate office working for a senior team of four. From organising diaries and dealing with enquiries to arranging meetings and updating filing systems, you will find yourself in a varied and fast-paced position, which will stretch and challenge you as you manage ever changing priorities.

Ready to take on a variety of challenges, you'll also use your excellent interpersonal skills to build good working relationships across the whole WWF organisation. You'll need strong computer skills (including experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases). Great prioritisation and organisational skills and a calm, flexible approach coupled with the ability to work on your own initiative, anticipate and problem solve, will be key to success in this role. Experience of working as a Team Secretary for two or more senior managers is essential.
