Campaign with us

10 downing street

WWF campaigns on a range of issues that must be addressed if we are to achieve a One Planet Future. Often our campaigns are about putting pressure on the government or the business sector because, at this level, even small changes can have an enormous impact.

Our experience tells us that WWF is a much stronger negotiator when we’re supported by many other voices. You can help us turn up the pressure and create real change by making your voice count. Every month, thousands of WWF campaigners do this by sending emails and signing petitions. Read on to find out how you can act today.

Make your voice heard on Heathrow

The government wants to expand Heathrow Airport but WWF believes these plans will lead to a huge increase in greenhouse gas emissions. We simply can't afford to do this if we are to prevent people and the natural world from suffering the worst effects of climate change. That's why we’re asking our supporters to email their MP to sign a petition opposing the expansion.

Campaign Success – The Climate Change Act

Find out how WWF campaigning helped achieve the UK Climate Change Act, the first piece of legislation in the world to set binding reduction targets for greenhouse gas emissions.

The World is watching

Show the world you're watching

The UN Climate Change Conference in Poznan is taking place until 12 December 2008. Let climate decision makers know that the world is watching what happens in Poznan and that it can't be "just another meeting". Submit photos of your eyes and WWF will bring your photos to Poznan to tell decision-makers that we're keeping a close eye on what they do. Poznan must result in a commitment to a fair and ambitious climate deal at next year's UN climate talks in Copenhagen.
