Bupa London 10k runners

My first 10k ever it was certainly a challenge in the heat but one I wanted to do to challenge myself and to help WWF. As one sponsor said to me my mantra should be (and was) “do it for the animals” and I'm pleased I did. For the planet and everything on it. Great team and I was happy to be a part of it.
