Pandamonium 1 brought together some of the biggest names in the world of British art and design in response to our challenge to reinvent our familiar panda collection boxes.
The auction of these striking artworks on 12 October 2009 offered our ‘retired’ panda boxes one last opportunity to raise money for us – and at a vital time, with both the economy and the environment facing serious challenges. All the money raised from events like this is hugely important in funding our ongoing work.

The pieces were auctioned on 12 October 2009 at Selfridges, Oxford Street, London to raise funds for WWF.
