- Online campaigning
WWF needs your help
WWF relies on its dedicated band of online campaigners to support its campaigns by emailing politicians. Take action now.
The importance of online campaigners
Online campaigners play a crucial role by expressing their concerns on key environmental policies and legislation to politicians. MPs and politicians take notice when they receive hundreds of letters or emails on a particular issue. In this sense, it's democracy in action.
To be successful, One Planet Future needs support from businesses and government, but most importantly, from you - the individuals to whom business and politicians listen. The One Planet Future campaign works across a range of different sectors, from climate change to homes, and transport to food. We aim to reduce the UK's footprint through a combination of working with business, influencing government policies and seeking to changing behaviour.
Online Campaigning- what it involves
If you would like to join us to campaign on a range of environmental issues, sign up now.
Once you have filled out your details you will receive an email on a monthly basis asking you to take the current action. Whether you take action every month, or once a year - it's up to you. What's important is that politicians hear that you care.
It's simple - just fill in your details
You will get background information about the particular issue, and a draft letter will be provided. WWF provides the details of to whom to send your letter, whether it is your local MP or the Prime Minister. You can choose whether to email the letter directly, or print it out and post it yourself.
Online campaigning does make a difference
Thanks to our online campaigners, we can highlight important issues to MPs and other political leaders. Read about recent successes our campaigners have helped us to achieve.

Our campaign
"...it's certainly about sustainable communities; I think it's cultural - it's almost artistic. I don't think there's any aspect of our daily lives that one planet living doesn't touch."
Lord Coe, London 2012
