Today’s Autumn Statement from the Chancellor made it clear where the government’s priorities lie right now - focused on business and economic growth at any cost, even at the expense of any “social and environmental goals”. We’re disappointed with this approach to our country’s future - fundamentally because we know the two aims are not mutually exclusive.
