At the APPG sponsored conference Water 09 on 14 July 2009, WWF held a workshop focussing on improved public engagement in the water sector. The key questions for discussion included: what people currently think about water; what needs to change, and; how do we get there? Several key themes arose in the discussion and have been summarised here in the form of recommendations for improved public engagement about water.
