One Sun One World art day
Following requests from headteachers, artist Billie Evans was asked to run a workshop for teachers on developing 3D sculptures linked to the themes of One Sun One World.
The focus for the sculptures were linked to the environmental subject of the work. The day included:
- How to make 3D art/sculpture
- Demonstration in theatre style model making
- Sharing ideas of project work.
By the end of the day, schools identified how to take One Sun One World project forward in their own schools. Opportunities will be shared as good practice and celebrated as part of the One Sun One World project.
The artist Billie Evans provided additional in-school workshops to support to teachers and pupils with 3D art projects linked to One Sun One World.
The day was enjoyed by all.
