The London Marathon is the marathon that everyone wants to do at least once in their lifetime... So why not join WWF's team and make this amazing event even more special! The largely flat course is set around the river Thames, starting in Blackheath and finishing on The Mall outside Buckingham Palace.
There are two ways you can guarantee a place on the start line; secure a place through the public ballot or apply for a WWF charity place.
Successful in the TCS London Marathon public ballot?
The results of the public ballot were announced in June 2023. If you were one of the lucky ones then why not use your ballot place to support WWF? There's no minimum fundraising pledge, simply raise what you can as part of our amazing team.
Apply for a WWF place
We have a limited number of WWF charity places available, and we’d love for you to apply to join us. Applications are now open, and we aim to notify all successful applicants by the end of July.
