Take on the Thames Path Challenge following England's greatest river. Most will walk, many will jog, some will run, and all have special reasons to push themselves. Our full Thames Path Challenge 100km route heads from Putney Bridge past Hampton Court to Runnymede of Magna Carta fame at 50km, then on past wonderful historic scenery all the way to Henley. With half & quarter distance options - there's a challenge for everyone.

The route and distance options: 
Full (Continuous or 2-day) Challenge (100km) - Putney to Henley 
3/4 Challenge (72km) - Hurst Park to Hanley
1st 1/2 Challenge (50km) - Putney to Runnymede
2nd 1/2 Challenge (50km) - Runnymede to Henley 
1st 1/4 Challenge (28km) - Putney to Hampton 
2nd 1/4 Challenge (22km) - Hampton to Runnymede 
3rd 1/4 Challenge (28km) - Runnymede to Cookham 
4th 1/4 Challenge (22km) - Cookham to Henley

Registration fees and sponsorship targets*: 

Charity sponsorship - pay a small registration fee and fundraise more to support vital conservation work: 
Full Challenge (100km) - £40 registration fee + £575 in fundraising
Three-Quarter Challenge (72km) - £35 registration fee + £450 in fundraising
Half Challenge (50km) - £30 registration fee + £360 in fundraising
Quarter Challenge (22/28km) - £20 registration fee + £240 in fundraising

Mixed Funding - pay a higher contribution to the cost of your place and fundraise less:
Full Challenge (100km) - £110 registration fee + £330 in fundraising
Three-Quarter Challenge (72km) - £90 registration fee + £270 in fundraising
Half Challenge (50km) - £75 registration fee + £225 in fundraising
Quarter Challenge (22/28km) - £50 registration fee + £150 in fundraising

You will need to raise 50% of your fundraising target at least three weeks before the event in order to confirm your place on the day.
