Toucan in a tree

There is a lot more to a forest than just trees. It is teeming with all kinds of life in all shapes and forms. Our rainforests are so crucial to us and wildlife yet we lose more forested areas every year for agriculture and industrial development.

This World Rainforest Day join WWF and STEM Learning to watch parts of the documentary series Our Planet where we will see some amazing video footage from our rainforest biome! You will have the opportunity to hear from a STEM Ambassador about their career working in STEM subjects, find out some of the threats facing our rainforests today and take part in our fantastic forests quiz!
