Family Campfire & Walk

What: Why spend Earth Hour huddled around a candle when you could be out in Delgaty Woods, under the stars, enjoying a hot drink by a roaring fire?  All electrical devices, including torches are banned – can you handle it?  Join the Aberdeenshire Rangers for an hour of down-to-earth, back-to-nature living.  Bring food and drink to share or just eat it all yourself!

Where: Meet at the southern entrance to Delgaty Woods, near the Mill of Delgaty; OS Landranger Map 29 grid ref. NJ 758 496. Postcode: AB53 8HL – sat-nav users, head east from this point a couple of hundred yards to the entrance to Delgaty Woods.  This is NOT the main Castle car park or the one further up the hill from the main Castle entrance.

When: 7:30 – 9:30pm, Saturday 25th March

Admission: Free, but book via formartine.ranger@aberdeenshire, 01358 726417 or 07786 021780
