Ariel partnership 2019

We’re proud to be partnering with P&G and their Ariel brand for a second year on Earth Hour, encouraging everyone to add their voice and make a pledge to protect the planet.

Earth Hour highlights the changes needed at a global level, but also encourages everyone to take personal action.  We want to help people reduce their carbon footprint and turning your washing to 30° is a simple way to save a considerable amount of energy.

Ariel is giving WWF £1 per pledge made over the Earth Hour campaign, up to a value of £145,000. While you don’t need to buy P&G products to take part in the campaign, Ariel is helping us reach millions of people to raise awareness of climate change and critical environmental issues.

WWF has been working with P&G since 2008 in the US, where WWF-US has been helping P&G reduce the impacts of its operations on the environment.
