With only a fortnight or so to go before the election, we've been calling on political parties to set out how they will show leadership and ambition on the environment.

"We welcome Welsh Labour's continuing opposition to fracking in Wales. As we work to deliver a Wales fit for future generations, we need to build a sustainable economy. That means using more renewable energy and focussing on creating 'green' jobs.

"The Well-being of Future Generations Act gives the next Welsh Government a fantastic opportunity to deliver our sustainable future. That's why we've been calling on the parties to explain how they will deliver warm and energy-efficient homes for everyone, a sustainable economy, and healthy and productive seas.

"It is crucial that the next Welsh Government delivers on all of the Act's goals, and as a charity, we will work all parties to ensure this happens."
