Bake these super-cute cubcakes for your friends and family
Ask an adult to help! Set the oven to gas mark 5 or 190C. Grease the bun tray and put the paper cake cases in it.
Place all the cake ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon until smooth.
Divide the mixture between the paper cases and bake in the centre of the oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the cakes have risen and are just firm to the touch in the centre.
Ask an adult to remove the cakes from the oven, then leave them to cool.
For the decoration, mix the vegan butter, icing sugar and vanilla extract together until you’ve got a pale, smooth icing.
Decorate the top of the cupcakes with the icing, using a knife to smooth it out.
Add two dairy-free chocolate buttons to each cupcake for the ears.
Sprinkle coconut on top of the icing. Gently press the coconut in with your hand and shake off any that’s loose.
Use the writing icing to add the bear’s eyes, nose and mouth. Then share with friends and enjoy!
