Ask an adult to cut out the front of your cereal box, leaving a small border around the edge.
Cut two long slits along one long edge of the box, leaving a gap in the middle and about 2cm at each end. This will be the base of your ‘stage’, and the slits are for your puppets to slide in.
If you don't have the Spring 2026 issue of Go Wild magazine, you can download the pictures above. Print and cut out the sea creatures and backgrounds. You can even draw your own!
Paint the outside of your box blue. Glue the large underwater background scene to the inside-back of your theatre.
Use tape to attach the middle bit of scenery to the sides of your theatre, between the two slits you cut earlier. Then glue the smaller piece of scenery to the front of your theatre.
Glue each of your sea creatures to a lolly stick and poke them through the slits.
Lights, camera, ocean! You’re now ready to put on a fin-tastic show under the sea!
