“Climate action is how we build a better future”, says WWF.

Commenting on the Prime Minister’s speech to Labour Party Conference, David Walsh, Head of Public Affairs at WWF said:

"If the Prime Minister is serious about building a fairer country, then climate and nature must be part of that promise. A stable climate isn’t a nice-to-have — it’s the foundation for a future where families can thrive, communities feel secure, and opportunities are shared.

People want action, not delay. They want cleaner air, warmer homes, and green spaces that support health and wellbeing. And they want leadership that tells the truth: that climate action is how we build a better future that works for people, nature and the environment.”
