What donation-based gift options do you have?
This Christmas you can give a gift that helps product nature through an adoption or membership. Adoptions and WWF memberships start at just £5 a month, or a one-off payment of £60 for a year’s worth of updates. Go Wild memberships start at £6 a month, or £72 one-off payment.
How can I make sure my pack arrives before Christmas?
If you order before Friday 19th December, your adoption or welcome pack will arrive before Christmas.
After this date and up until Monday 22nd December, you will have the option to select ‘Christmas delivery’ at checkout to ensure arrival for Christmas day.
If the welcome pack isn’t going to arrive in time for the big day, you can print a personalised gift certificate online or look at our e-card selection to give while you’re waiting for the pack to arrive.
How much does delivery cost?
If you order before Friday 19th December, we offer free delivery to the UK but ask you to consider helping to cover postage costs with an optional £3 donation.

Where is my pack and how can I track its delivery?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email within 24 hours of setting up your adoption or membership, with a link and reference to track your package on the courier website. This will allow you to track the status and estimated delivery timeframe for your package, as well as select a safe space for your package if needed.
Can I change the delivery address for my welcome pack after I’ve placed my order?
Our production process runs especially quickly at Christmas time, so once your order is placed the pack will soon be ready for dispatch and it is unlikely the delivery address can be changed. Please make sure all the details are correct before you complete your order and refer to the courier email.
If you have noticed the incorrect address before receiving the dispatch confirmation email, please call our Supporter Care team on 01483 426333 between 9am-4pm on Mondays to Fridays and we will do our very best to amend the address before the pack gets sent out.
Alternatively, you may wish to check your tracking link to see if the courier offers any options to amend the address, though please note this isn’t always possible, especially during busy periods such as Christmas. Alternatively, we recommend making local arrangements for the item to be delivered to the correct address once it's arrived. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
I’ve accidentally got the name wrong on my gifted order, can I change this?
We’re sorry to hear that the name isn’t correct on your gifted order. Unfortunately, due to our quick production timeline it is unlikely that we will be able to amend the details on the order before it gets sent out, but please do let us know of the new details so that future updates are addressed correctly.

Rest assured that adoption certificates arrive blank to allow for personalisation, or you can download an online certificate to personalise if you would prefer.
Can I have the welcome pack delivered to me, and the future updates to the recipient?
Absolutely! In the shipment stage of online checkout, simply choose to have the welcome pack sent to your address instead of the recipient’s address. All future updates will then automatically deliver to the recipient. If you are placing an order with our friendly donations team over the phone, please make sure to request for the welcome pack to be delivered to yourself as the purchaser.
Don’t worry, we won’t send any updates or information to the recipient before Spring, so if you have opted for the welcome pack to come to you rather than the recipient, the surprise is safe with us!
I’ve set up an adoption for the wrong animal, can I swap?
You can absolutely change the animal you adopt! Click this link, and simply select ‘change the animal I adopt’, then fill in the details in the form.
Unfortunately, due to our quick production process it is unlikely that we will be able to make these changes before your adoption pack is sent out, but you can request a new welcome pack in the contact form if required.
The recipient of my gift lives outside of the UK, will they receive their pack in time for Christmas?
Whilst Santa’s sleigh delivers across the world in a night, we ask that you allow 21 working days for deliveries to Europe, and 8 weeks for international deliveries outside of Europe. Unfortunately, we cannot provide tracking for deliveries outside of the UK, and these deliveries may be susceptible to customs duty charges which are outside of WWF’s control. We ask that you make allowances for any charges that may be incurred as WWF cannot be held responsible.
Shop Order Queries
How long will my shop delivery take?
Our fulfilment house aims to ship your order within 48hrs on working days (Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays), and we ask that you please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your package is on its way, so you can track the delivery status.
Our Christmas delivery cut-off for shop orders is 23:59 on Sunday 21st December, meaning orders placed before that time will arrive before Christmas day.
How much does delivery cost?
We charge a postage and packing fee to cover the costs of sending you your products. This allows more money to go towards our vital conservation work. Each delivery is a fixed fee of £4.95 or FREE delivery is available on all orders over £75 (excluding our print on demand collections).
Items bought from our third-party suppliers (which include our artists collections from Elizabeth Grant, Ben Rothery and Paul Delaney (t-shirts, tea towels, tote bags, mugs and art prints) and our logo merchandise (t-shirts, mugs and tote bags) will have a separate delivery charge that is not included in the flat rate charge of £4.95, therefore the total calculated shipping will be shown at checkout. Please check the product description to see if you will be charged a separate postal charge to our standard £4.95 flat rate charge. These items are produced and distributed via a third-party supplier and incur their own delivery charges outside of our normal rates.
Can I change the address on my order once I have placed it?
Due to the quick turnaround for despatching orders, we’re unable to make changes to the delivery address once the order is placed.

Can I have my order sent to the gift recipient's address?
Absolutely! When ordering, once you’ve completed your name and address and chosen the delivery option you want, you can add a separate delivery address if it’s different from the billing address.
However, please note, that once the order has been placed, the address cannot be amended.
I haven’t received some items in my order?
All print-on-demand products are despatched from a different supplier, so they will arrive with you separately from other items from our shop. You will also receive a separate email to confirm that these items have been dispatched. If one of these items is missing from your order, it may arrive one or two days before or after other items you’ve ordered, so keep an eye on the tracking details in your despatch email.
Do you ship items from your shop internationally?
Due to rising costs, we have taken the decision to temporarily suspend overseas shipping. We are currently investigating the most economical way possible to resume this. Please note we currently do ship to Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man.
Can I return my item(s) if the gift recipient doesn’t want them?
You can return the order for a refund by following the returns and refunds policy at shop.wwf.org.uk/pages/faqs, though please note that if the product is simply unwanted, you will bear the cost of returning the product to us and we will not refund your original delivery charge.
Do you have gift wrapping available?
