I'd Like To Change Or Cancel My Donation

We can only set up regular donations/Direct Debits with UK bank accounts. If your donations are not from a UK bank account then you may be donating to another charity or WWF Office.

If you need to cancel your Direct Debit with WWF or make any changes, you can do this in several ways:

- Contact us by email using the webform below
- Give us a call on 01483 426333 - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

In your letter, please include your name and address and details about the Direct Debit you'd like to cancel or change.

Please note: cancelling or changing your Direct Debit directly with WWF will never incur a cost
 

We are sorry to see you go. Just so you are aware: we can only cancel Direct Debits if the request comes from the account holder. We’re not able to cancel donations on behalf of someone else.

We can take care of this for you over the phone — just give us a call on 01483 426333, and one of our Supporter Care Officers will be happy to assist.
