We're sorry you haven't heard from us yet — here are a few things you should know: UK packs usually arrive within 3-5 working days after your dispatch email, while international deliveries can take up to 4-6 weeks, especially if delayed at customs. Updates are sent three times a year (or four for Go Wild members) by email or post, depending on your preferences.

If you signed up recently with a face-to-face fundraiser, it may take a couple of weeks for your details to reach us, so your pack might still be on its way!

Thank you so much for your interest in WWF-UK - here are a few things we thought you might want to know about postage and delivery! Postage for adoptions and memberships is free within the UK, but if you’d like to help make your donation go further, you can choose to cover the delivery cost at checkout — the cost is £3.00. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, and it should be with you within 3-5 working days.

For international deliveries within Europe, there is a fee of £6.20; for deliveries outside Europe, the cost is £12.00. Welcome packs should arrive within 4–6 weeks in both cases.
