All orders from our shop are made online. When placing an order, you can create an account or check out as a guest. If you create your own account, you can view your past orders, update your personal details and check out much faster next time you order. You can pay for your order with all major credit or debit cards, PayPal or Amazon Pay.

Please note that at this time, we do not accept orders by telephone or by post.

We do not offer international delivery or express delivery on any shop orders.

We’re unable to add to or amend any items on your order, as our systems don’t allow changes once the order is placed.

Any additional items you wish to purchase must be placed on a separate order. You can return any unwanted items for a refund within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging and in a saleable, unsoiled condition. Please see our Returns & Refund policy on our FAQ page for further information.

Due to the quick turnaround for dispatching orders, we’re unable to make changes to the delivery address once the order is placed.

You may wish to check your tracking link to see whether the courier offers any options to update the address, though this isn’t always possible. Alternatively, we recommend arranging local delivery of the item to the correct address upon arrival.

Despatch

We aim to ship all shop orders within 48 hours if placed before 2pm - Monday to Friday. If your order is placed after 2pm, it will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery

All items are sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery and are expected to arrive within 5 working days. Delivery is £4.95 or free if your order is over £75 (please note that adoptions do not count towards the £75 threshold).

You'll find tracking details in your confirmation email. We do not offer international delivery for shop orders, and we do not offer any express delivery.

Please note that items purchased from our third-party suppliers (including our print-on-demand logo merchandise t-shirts) will incur a separate delivery charge, which is not included in the £4.95 flat rate. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Please check the product description to confirm whether you will be charged a separate postal fee in addition to our standard £4.95 flat rate. These items are produced and distributed by a third-party supplier and incur delivery charges outside our normal rates.

All items are sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery and should arrive within 5 working days. You should have received details on tracking your order and its delivery in your confirmation email. Please refer to this to see the current status of your order.

All print-on-demand products are dispatched by a different supplier, so they will arrive separately from other items in our shop. You will also receive a separate email to confirm that these items have been dispatched. If one of these items is missing from your order, it may arrive one or two days before or after other items you’ve ordered, so keep an eye on the tracking details in your dispatch email.

If no one is at home to receive your parcel and it's too big to fit through your letterbox, your postman/ woman may have left it in a safe place or left you a card advising you to collect it at your local sorting office.

You should receive two emails as part of your order; the first will be a confirmation of your order, including the items purchased, total paid and delivery address. The second email will confirm when your order has been shipped and will include details on how to track your parcel, if being sent to an address in the UK.

Please note: all print-on-demand items are dispatched by a different supplier, so you will receive a separate dispatch confirmation email if ordered with other items.

If your confirmation or despatch email hasn’t arrived, please check your spam folder, as it may have been diverted there.

We're sorry to hear the item you were interested in is out of stock. Items are often restocked, so please keep an eye on our website.

For seasonal items such as calendars and Christmas cards, once these are sold out, we won’t replenish stock until the next season, so get in early to grab yours.

The WWF Shop receives many enquiries from individuals and suppliers wishing to sell their products or offer their artwork for products. Unfortunately, it is not possible to respond to them all.

If you can send an email to shop@wwf.org.uk with as much detail as possible about the product(s) and/or artwork, then if this is something that we are interested in, we will respond ASAP.
