Despatch

We aim to ship all shop orders within 48 hours if placed before 2pm - Monday to Friday. If your order is placed after 2pm, it will be despatched the next working day.

Delivery

All items are sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery to arrive within 5 working days. Delivery is £4.95 or free if your order is over £75. You'll receive details to track your order in your confirmation email.

We do not offer international delivery for shop orders.

All orders from our shop are made online. When placing an order, you can create an account or checkout as a guest. If you create your own account, you can view your past orders, update your personal details and checkout much faster next time you order. You can pay for your order with all major credit or debit cards, PayPal or Amazon Pay.

Please note, at this time, we have no facility for taking orders over the telephone or by post.

We do not offer international delivery or express delivery on any shop orders.

If no one is at home to receive your parcel and it's too big to fit through your letterbox, your postman/ woman may have left it in a safe place or left you a card advising to collect it at your local sorting office.

The WWF Shop receives many enquiries from individuals and suppliers wishing to sell their products or offer their artwork for products. Unfortunately, it is not possible to respond to them all. 

If you can send an email to shop@wwf.org.uk with as much detail as possible about the product(s) and/or artwork, then if this is something that we are interested in, we will respond ASAP.

You can be notified by email when an item is re-stocked. Just click on your chosen item and enter your email address on the right-hand side of the page and you’ll receive an email when the item is back in stock.

For seasonal items such as calendars and Christmas cards, once these are sold out, we won’t replenish stock until the next season so get in early to grab yours!

We’re unable to add any items to an order as our systems don’t allow us to make any changes once the order is placed. Any additional items you wish to buy will need to be purchased on a separate order. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

We’re unable to amend items you've selected on your order as our systems don’t allow us to make any changes once the order is placed. You can return the unwanted item for a refund within 14 days from receipt in its original packaging and in a saleable, unsoiled condition. Please see our Returns & Refund policy on our FAQ page here for further information. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

We’re unable to amend the address for where your order will be delivered as our systems don’t allow us to make any changes once the order is placed.

We recommend making local arrangements for the item to be delivered to the correct address once it's arrived. You also can return the order for a refund by following the returns and refunds policy at shop.wwf.org.uk/pages/faqs. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

All print-on-demand products are despatched from a different supplier, so they will arrive with you separately from other items from our shop. You will also receive a separate email to confirm that these items have been dispatched. If one of these items is missing from your order, it may arrive one or two days before or after other items you’ve ordered, so keep an eye on the tracking details in your despatch email.

You should receive two emails as part of your order; the first will be a confirmation of your order including the items purchased, total paid and delivery address.  The second email will confirm when your order has been shipped and will include details on how to track your parcel, if being sent to an address in the UK. Please note: all print-on-demand items are despatched from a different supplier, so you will receive a separate email to confirm the despatch of these, if ordered with other items.

If your confirmation or despatch email hasn’t arrived, please check your spam folder in your email, as it may have been diverted there.
