Plans to make UK the world's leading green finance centre - WWF response

Nitika Agarwal , WWF’s head of sustainable finance said: “Net zero is the fastest growing part of the UK economy and central to limiting the impacts of climate change. Today’s consultation on transition plans is a critical step in helping businesses to take part and benefit from the move to a green and resilient future. 

“Many companies have already published voluntary transition plans, but for the UK to continue to be the sustainable finance capital of the world, we need mandatory transition planning for all large companies.”
