Test out the diet of the future and try having plant-only diet days for three days a week.

Why you're doing this

Rainforests around the world continue to be cut down to make space to rear livestock and to grow crops like soy to feed them. Our food system hides the fact that it causes deforestation because we just don’t know which of the foods we buy are responsible.

How you'll make a difference

Having a plant-based whole food diet consisting of foods including vegetables, grains, fruit, nuts, seeds, peas and beans, reduces your land and water footprint. It's 'future food' and tasty too.

It is time to #FixTheFoodSystem. By doing this challenge you are also taking part in WWF-UK’s Eat4Change campaign to encourage sustainable diets and join the fight for our planet.
