WWF-UK GREAT WILD WALK - £150 FUNDRAISING PRIZE DRAW

Prize draw terms and conditions for WWF’s Great Wild Walk registration & fundraising prize draw 2024.
- The competition is open from 22nd May 2024 to 28th July 2024 23:59.
- The competition is open to all UK residents, excluding employees of WWF-UK.
- If you are under 18, please ask your parent or guardian’s permission to enter the prize draw.
- Only one entry per individual. Only entries that comply with all entry instructions will be accepted.
- To qualify for the prize draw, you must be registered to take part in WWF Great Wild Walks, at any of the following locations; Alice Holt, Sherwood Pines, Epping Forest or the Forest of Dean.
- To qualify for the prize draw, you must have raised and paid in to WWF-UK £150 (excluding Gift Aid) by no later than 23:59hrs on Sunday 28th July 2024.
- Any entries received after this deadline will not be considered. No entries will be returned.
- WWF-UK accepts no responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause including as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt of entry.
- All valid entries will be entered into a prize draw within 7 days of the closing date. One entry will be drawn. The draw will determine the winner of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner will receive a DIY bee hotel kit, black stainless steel reusable bottle and dingbats notebook win bee design.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for the cash equivalent. WWF-UK reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
- The winner will be contacted by email within 1 week of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made, WWF-UK reserves the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant. Details of the winner can be obtained 14 days after the closing date by sending a SAE to WWF-UK, Living Planet Centre, Rufford House, Brewery Road, Woking, Surrey, GU24 4LL.
- The winner agrees that WWF-UK may use its name, image and town or country of residence to announce the winner of the competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes. The winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity required by WWF-UK which may include, but is not limited to, promotional photographs.
- WWF-UK reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this competition without notice at any stage if it is deemed necessary at the absolute discretion of WWF-UK.
- This competition is administered by WWF-UK.
- The promoter and data controller of this competition is WWF-UK, the Living Planet Centre, Rufford House, Brewery Road, Woking, Surrey, GU21 4LL.
- These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
