The London Marathon is the marathon that everyone wants to do at least once in their lifetime... So why not join WWF's team and make this amazing event even more special! The largely flat course is set around the river Thames, starting in Blackheath and finishing on The Mall outside Buckingham Palace.

There are two ways you can guarantee a place on the start line; secure a place through the public ballot or apply for a WWF charity place.

The 2025 TCS London Marathon ballot opens on Saturday 20th April 2024 and will remain open for just 6 days. To enter the ballot, follow this link. The results of the public ballot will be announced in June 2024. If you are one of the lucky ones then why not use your ballot place to support WWF? There's no minimum fundraising pledge, simply raise what you can as part of our amazing team.
