The world is on the brink of irreversible harm. We still have a chance to turn things around – but we must harness the opportunity this year offers by making sure our leaders keep the most important promise they have made: the promise of a safer climate for our children, for wildlife, for all of us - to secure our future on this planet.
Our ‘We Won’t Forget’ campaign is focused on holding the Government to account on delivering its climate promises. To help achieve that, WWF is calling on the Government to commit to a clear pathway for agriculture and the wider land use sector to reach net zero by 2040 by launching our Land Charter.
To demonstrate the level of political support for this ambition we are asking Parliamentarians to join us by signing the Charter, so that we can work together to encourage the Government to take action.
