Scottish Parliamentary briefings
WWF Scotland’s Policy and Public Affairs team works closely with politicians in Scottish Parliament on issues of climate change, energy, agriculture, land use, and restoring and protecting nature. These issues impact people and wildlife across Scotland and beyond.
Decisions made by the Scottish Government and Parliament have lasting effects on the environment. By collaborating with other organisations, including Scottish Environment LINK and Stop Climate Chaos Scotland, we aim to help shape policies that help people and nature thrive.
The briefings below are those compiled ahead of parliamentary debates, committee inquiries, consultations or as summaries for policy makers on key WWF Scotland Reports.
If you are a parliamentarian and would like to discuss any relevant issues with us, please contact WWF Scotland’s Public Affairs team: Frances Johnston fjohnston@wwfscotland.org.uk or Thom Quinn tquinn@wwfscotland.org.uk.
